This is the last part of the Prairie Star Quilt show from last Friday.
The quilting is great on this quilt.
I've always liked Feathered Stars and Double Wedding Ring quilts.
This was a great Disney themed I-Spy quilt.
I'd never seen this style of temperature quilt before. It's all hand appliqued circles.
A few more quilts...
I love paper pieced quilts like these.

This quilt was inspired by a traditional Grandmother's Fan quilt. It's fans are in an infinite loop, and were paper pieced. She said that there was a variation in one of the fans.
The last of the quilts.
I hope you enjoyed the quilt show. I sure did!
I know exactly what you mean about where to pick up the loose ends... I am in the same boat and it is very leaky. There were several quilts in your pictures that should go to a national show. They are different enough!!!
ReplyDeleteYes I loved the quilt show today, thank you!
ReplyDeleteWonderful quilt show! Thanks for sharing them with us.
ReplyDeleteGreat quilts! I love the quilting on the first one and the sixth one (looks a little like a maze) intrigues me. ~Jeanne
ReplyDeleteWOW and then some. LOVE the colors in the 1st quilt, the design of the 3rd quilt. The Christmas tree skirt is adorable!! The black ones sure pop, but kinda make me dizzy. And the mushroom one is sooooooo cute, and again so colorful. Thanks for sharing all of this. Enjoyed looking at them all.
